September 15, 2008 - The two new
forms listed below are being offered by the Passaic Valley
Sewerage Commissioners (PVSC) to assist collection system operators in
complying with their statutory reporting requirements. NJAC 7:10A-1.12 (b) 2 states:
These forms have been designed to
encompass all of the items for which the operator is responsible and must
report to PVSC routinely. For your
convenience, these reports may be e-mailed to collectionsystemreport@pvsc.com
on or before the 10th of the month.
