New York/New Jersey Harbor Estuary Program
The Harbor Estuary Program (HEP) is a National Estuary Program authorized in 1987 by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The program is a multi-year effort to develop and implement a plan to protect, conserve, and restore the estuary.
New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection - Division of Watershed
The Division includes the following Bureaus: Environmental Analysis and Restoration, Evaluation and Management, Outreach and Education, Northern Planning, Southern Planning, and Water Resource Policy.  Programs within the Division of Watershed Management include: TMDLs, Nonpoint Source Pollution, Water Supply Planning, GIS, Watershed Modeling, and Volunteer Monitoring.

The NJEDL is an online library of environmental literature and multimedia related to New Jersey. The collection includes documents and reports, scientific studies, photographs, videos, maps, and more.
